I just wanted to let you know how superb all the meat and everything was with your delivery last week. I'm just thrilled with it all. You are definitely the new butcher for our family and I've been passing on your details to my family and friends. The stir fry beef we ate last night and it was so tender and delicious just as you promised. It's amazing what a difference the right cut makes. Also the rack of lamb was superb, melted in the mouth. The herb and garlic snags were amongst the best I've tasted, the girls loved them as well as the cutlets. I was so grateful to have all the chicken breasts cut up for me so I could just toss them in the curry, which was a great success.

Hi Gary Just a quick note to say thanks for the fantastic meat. My hubby and I (who both love a good steak) often say at restaurants "wouldn't it be great to get that quality meat for home". Well we've found it. We had the t-bones on the bbq tonight and they were incredible. The honey chicken sausages were fantastic and the kids demolished the beef sausages. Thanks for taking all the hard work out of buying great meat.

I have been using you as our Family butcher for months now and I thought the quality had started to slip, but yesterday I was short one Steak for a dinner party, so I went to the local supermarket, Well I have to tell you, your meat is so much better than the steak from the Supermarket I will never use any other meat but yours again. We had a Dinner party last week and the 3 families who came over all asked, "where did I get this meat", so I gave them copies of your price list. I was annoyed nobody said how good my cooking was, just how good the meat was! Just don't forget us when you are so busy you can't get to all your customers!

I have found the best butcher on earth, if you are looking for the best meat you've tasted in 10 yrs (for me it was that long) delivered to your door - free (mum this probably needs to be my door), vacuum packed in the order sizes requested, with a 110% guarantee that it will meet your expectations then this is it!!

I have now been ordering meat and having it delivered every 6 weeks weeks (a quick email of my order and that's it) or so since Feb 05 and every time it has been excellent!!
