You are definitely the new butcher for our family and I've been passing on your details to my family and friends. The stir fry beef we ate last night and it was so tender and delicious just as you promised. It's amazing what a difference the right cut makes. Also the rack of lamb was superb, melted in the mouth. The herb and garlic snags were amongst the best I've tasted, the girls loved them as well as the cutlets. I was so grateful to have all the chicken breasts cut up for me so I could just toss them in the curry, which was a great success. "
